I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Capital One in Jan 2011
Interview
They described the interview as being a personality type interview where they asked several situational questions that started off as.. "tell me a time where".... and they also did role playing a few times..where they acted as though they were my customer. they ask many questions about your relevant work experience and basically after you answer all their questions they give you a chance to ask yours. Pretty standard interview.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One in Sep 2010
Interview
There is a first round 30 minute case interview which was very easy if you are an analytical type. If you pass, you are invited to take their personality test as well as verbal and math tests which are all pretty easy. Then, you are invited to super day final round. If you do well obviously, you will get an offer after that point.
