This was a standard recruiter conversation:

This is Capital One’s version of a “super day” with multiple back-to-back interviews. My Power Day included:

Behavioral Interview: STAR-format questions focusing on leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management. Expect questions about challenging projects, decision-making, and influence.
Technical Deep Dive: Review of Python code and project discussions — they asked about modeling choices, trade-offs, and how I handled messy data.
