The interview process was one of the more pleasant I've experienced. They were very quick with and kept good contact. The interviewers were professional and nice and provided great answers and honest insight into their jobs and working for the company.

Everyone was very welcoming and nice throughout the process, hr screen, phone interview, then a five hour superday that includes a case. Overall good experience but took awhile and I still don't know if I got offered or not.
They recruit a lot from campuses. The interview process begins with campus recruiters. The final super day consists of 3 different interviews with different question styles. The culture is great and if you come across as genuine and ready to work hard you have a good shot.
