First there is an online assessment, then Recruiter Screening, then Power Day with 4 interviews. Turnaround is pretty quick and the whole process was seamless. Conducted entirely online and no in person interviews
It is easy enough from a technology perspective, they will keep interrupting your thought process, however. Very disrespectful and degrading treatment throughout, on a power trip in this market! I could tell how toxic their PIP work environment is from the interview process. If you have other options, RUN.
SD / coding was normal, case study was disaster. Interviewer was rude and didn't provide any feedback or interaction.
After Power day, there was no feedback and updates from HR as well. I sent a few emails after 2 weeks and 1 month to HR still no reply. Officially, got ghosted.. Don't waste your time.
