Capital One Business Analyst interview questions

I applied online, got recruiter call, then arranged for a business case interview. I passed hr screening but failed business case. the overall process was straightforward, but the case was not the same as consulting cases, it is more quantitative in nature.

Rough, have interviewed here 2 years in a row and the Powerday has continuously gotten worse. On top of that, they no longer include behavioral questions within their interviews. After finishing a case, the dude legitimately told me I can ask whatever I wanted to, nothing else aside from the technical would be counted in my consideration.
