Interview
Initially there was a screening test on site, fairly simple. The questions were based on the data provided about a company, it's income statements, revenues, expenditure forecasts. About half of us were shortlisted for the case interview.
Next round of interviews was a semi-case study. The business problem was to perform a comparative analysis of the various financial considerations involved in the purchase of diesel and petrol cars, break-even of costs etc, just basic calculations. The interview was very pleasant and an lively interactive discussion of the various cost factors involved.

Interview
Case Interview- A simple case but instead of focusing on the bigger picture (something I did; especially looking at how Porter's forces applied) all they wanted to know was the math. It was also intimidating because the interviewer did not talk much. Rather he stared and appeared very bored. I was told next round consisted of an online test lasting up to 2 hours. Final round is a super day at the headquarters.
