Interview
Their recruitment process is of three steps:-
1. Written Test (Quantitative Aptitude and LogicalQuestions + English Test)
A-- First they conducted a online test of 90 minutes in which they asked the aptitude and reasoning questions. I don't remember the exact no. of questions.
B-- After that they conducted a online english test in which they ask towrite a essay on a certain topic in 250 words in 20 minutes.
2. Personal + Technical Interview

They generally asked me about my pre-final year training, final year project and basic java questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Capgemini (Hyderabad) in Apr 2014
Interview
Referral Drive, it took 10 days to get the call letter, 3 rounds, written technical HR, written is basic aptitude reasoning english, but you need to score as much as possible to get the call for next round, technical basic question from c,HTML,JAVASCRIPT,css, College project, sample programs like find smallest/largest number.
It was a campus placement which consisted 3 rounds :
1st round was initial aptitude test at college. Had good questions.
The next round was Group discussion.
Last round was face to face interview which was really good
