I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Capgemini in Apr 2025
Interview
My interview process with Capgemini was conducted entirely online. It began with a communication or HR screening round where I was asked about my background, current role, and reasons for switching.
This was followed by a technical round, where I was questioned on my domain knowledge—specifically in Packaging Artwork Development, project experience, tools I’ve used (like Adobe Illustrator, SAP, Esko, etc. if applicable), handling regulatory artwork, and coordination with cross-functional teams like marketing and vendors.
After the technical round, there was a brief managerial or client round, focusing on scenario-based questions, communication skills, and problem-solving ability.
Finally, there was an HR discussion covering salary, notice period, and joining availability. The entire process was smooth and professionally conducted via platforms like MS Teams or WebEx."
