Capgemini QA Automation Engineer interview questions

The interview process went on over a period of two weeks, there were two rounds of technical interview and then one HR and later the other salary discussions. Overall experience was good. My interview had happenned during COVID due to which I had to undergo rounds of interview over video conf. And interviewer as well as the recruiter were very cooperative throughout.

After all the paperwork and process,I was told that my candidature is rejected because I currently work in this company.This came as a rue shock. Here is a piece of advise to you.Before you start the interview process,take some time to read the resume and determine whether you can hire that person or not.If you do the due diligence first,it will remove unnecessary back and forth and save everyone's time.
