I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (Bengaluru) in Jun 2025
Interview
The interview process was quite structured and professional. It started with an initial HR screening where they confirmed my background, role expectations, and availability. Then, I had technical interviews focused on core SAP SD functionalities like order-to-cash, pricing, and integration with MM and FI.
The interviewers also tested my experience with end-to-end implementations, especially in complex scenarios involving customisations and IDoc handling.
Finally, I had a conversation with HR for the offer and onboarding details. Overall, it was a smooth and transparent experience.
