Capgemini Java Developer Junior interview questions

2 phone interviews and one skype interview. Company was very johnny on the spot until the negotiation process kicked in. Offered 35000 starting. I asked for 40000 and was told that they'd see if they could get it approved and would get back to me asap. After 2 calls and a voicemail they finally got back to me. Stated that I declined the offer. I never did, just thought we were negotiating. She stated " so 40000 and 1500 relo gets you here?" I said, "Absolutely". She said, "I'll get back to you within a couple hours." Very shady company. Beware!
