I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini (Bengaluru) in Sep 2018
Interview
The interview was scheduled by a recruitment agency and conducted in Bellandur 6B building.
When I entered the place I noticed it was a recruitment drive going on with almost 200-300 candidates like me for different profiles. This is a sign where these kinds of tech giants hire a lot of developers for some project and layoff the same way when they are done.
I was interviewed by a dumb person there. This idiot posted questions from every part of my skill set but was so dumb. For a 5+ year developer, he was posting questions on OOPS concept and the irritating part is, he never gave a pause for me to answer! Such an attitude he has got! He posts a question and he himself says its okay you don't know that. WTF?!
A couple of days before, I interviewed a candidate from Capgemini with 6+ years of experience who didn't know the difference between WCF and WebAPI!
I doubt if these people are capable of doing anything.
Please don't waste your time with these kinds of stupid cowshed. I would suggest any passionate developer to join a proper organization where he can have good career growth.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini (Pune) in Sep 2018
Interview
Technical round followed by HR interview. The interviewer was highly unprofessional nd looked uninterested.. The questions asked were of unrealistic scenarios. Highly suggestive of the the culture of the company.
