General Aptitude which had three sections Mathematics ,Reasoning and English.The duration of the examination was 75 minutes and a negative mark of .25 for every wrong answer. Then,Group Discussion with 12 people on the topic "Does IPL affect other sports?" which was about 30 minutes. Next day ,a HR interview where basics of electronics as well as oops based technical questions and behavioral questions. The interviewer ended the interview by asking if I had any questions to ask him.

My Capgemini interview process included aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I solved programming problems, answered questions on Java, DBMS, OOPs, and networking, and discussed my projects, internships, and strengths. The interviewers were professional and friendly. The experience improved my confidence, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and technical knowledge.
The interview process went very smoothly and was well organized. It included 2 technical rounds, 1 managerial round, and 1 HR round. The technical interviews focused on Java, Spring Boot, APIs, database concepts, and problem-solving skills. The interviewers were professional, supportive, and provided enough time to explain answers clearly. The managerial and HR rounds were also comfortable and mainly focused on communication, project experience, and overall fit for the role. Overall, it was a positive and professional interview experience.
