I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (Mumbai) in Jul 2020
Interview
It was smooth but but bit long process as the discussions were spread across multiple weeks. The confirmation from Cap Gemini took a while but Resourcing team was in contact with me continuously. The actual interviews were nice as the entire discussion was positive and concentrated more on attitude and skills rather than just experience. Overall a good experience.
