I was interviewed for a Devops role in their platform engineering team. There were two rounds involved:
- Telephonic interview.
- Face to face interview.
The telefonic interview was a round if 10 questions around the devops area. The face to face interview was more about knowing you better.

- What does Devops mean to you?
- How do you secure secrets in Ansible?
- Cost for ACM in AWS (trick question)?
Generic rejection via email 4 weeks after second interview. Total time from application to rejection was 8 weeks. Kind of disrespectful to not even write an email an list reasons why.
