Capgemini Consultant interview questions

I recently attended an interview for the AWS Cloud Contact Center Specialist role at Capgemini. The interview process was structured and consisted of multiple stages. It began with an initial HR screening, where I was asked about my background, work experience, and availability. This was followed by two technical rounds. In the first technical round, I was questioned about my practical experience with Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and DynamoDB, including scenario-based questions that tested my ability to design and implement AWS solutions. The second technical round focused more on problem-solving skills and my understanding of contact flows, IVR design, and real-time monitoring within Amazon Connect. After clearing the technical rounds, I had a managerial round where I discussed project experience, teamwork, and alignment with Infosys’s delivery model. Finally, there was a closing HR discussion covering compensation, joining timeline, and company policies. Overall, the process was professional and allowed me to effectively present both my technical skills and interpersonal abilities.
