Interview
Three rounds happens:
Two technical rounds and one HR round
Before technical round there is one pre screening happen by HR
The first level of shortlisting was based on eligibility criteria employed by the company. The shortlisted candidates were called for an online aptitude test by Cocubes. Out of 650 - 700 students shortlisted for the First round, only 150 made ot to the second round, Group Discussion.. This round was the major elimination round and about 60 students were shortlisted.

Basic Core Java , JSPs , Servlets and Hibernate
roup Discussions were relatively easy, The more you speak up in the first two minutes, the more chance you have for clearing it.. Try suggesting topics and be an active participant. Grab your chance to speak Technical+HR were the easiest of the three and were mostly questions were based in your projects.. Some HR questions like "What do you know about Capgemini?" , "Where do you find yourself five years from now in Capgemini? " , "What is Consulting and Outsourcing? " were asked

Interview
1st round which was telephonic - Ask basic of Java ,JSP,Servlet .
Asked about current project. time taken around 30 min.
2nd Skype round:- verification round . Taken to do verify the candidate
3rd HR round:- F2F, Asked simple HR related questions like why you want to switch , etc
Not taking to much time for this process.
