I had to submit a short demo lesson teaching a subject they chose (example: colors) and wait to hear back from them if I passed or not. I chose to use props and give feedback and encouragement as if I were talking to an actual student. The process is not too intimidating if you've taught for other ESL companies.

Easy interview process, it just depends on if you have experience or not teaching English and how many other tutors they are hiring at the same time. Totally autonomous process that doesn't require an interview with an actual person.

Most of them were video meetings, and five interviews were conducted. One of them was a face-to-face interview, conducted in Korean. The interview lasted between 40 minutes and an hour.
