The total interview process is about 5 or 6 rounds. Phone screen, then meeting the leadership team at your local office. Then 2-3 rounds with country managers from other regions including the founder. I was rejected at round 5 after meeting their Middle East country manager. HR was very responsive with getting me feedbacks from previous interviewers, which was great. But the process started getting extremely unprofessional henceforward. I was told the Middle East country manager went on vacation and forgot to input his comments about me after interviewing me so they were not able to proceed. “ He went on vacation and probably somewhere with very bad signal so we were not able to reach him.” This is the answer I received after I kept chasing feedback from their HR, apart from that, she also told me not to give it up on them. Based off her positive tone, I still decided to wait even after getting such ridiculous comment. After two weeks, I finally got a comment from their Hr and told me I didn’t do well on the analytical part of the interview so they would like to stop the process from here. First of all, I’m completely okay with not getting an offer, but stalling your cdd for such long period of time because of your interviewer’s unprofessionalism, I found it extremely disappointed. Secondly, I didn’t not find any of the question he asked during the interview anyhow challenging, it was literally middle school math. Should’ve listened to the previous comments in the past that this company has no intention of hiring . Plz figure out what you want before inviting cdds to your interviews and asking a bunch of questions to help you grow your business.
P.S: if you are interviewing, remind your interviewer to submit his/her feedback after
