Incredibly easy. I applied one morning with a quick introduction video, and was hired the same afternoon. I grabbed a couple of Priority Hours and jumped in, and have loved it!

Oh, you are from Texas, you must have guns! What do you think about people owning guns?
No interview is required. You will have to create a profile and upload a video for review. After you submit your profile, it will go through a review process. The amount of time it takes depends on the demand.
Easy because instead of formal interview, you submit a video talking about yourself and of you tutoring which is evaluated and approved by the company. They are very easy to impress as long as you show you're passionate.
