CallisonRTKL interview questions

Snooty arrogant and discriminatory directors. Applied online and got an interview call from the HR manager. Management seems to be very biased in decision making and tend to favour western nationals especially for junior and entry level jobs. Interview felt like it was more like a British way of telling another expat to leave the land than to really discuss my design projects and skills through which I might be able to contribute to the company. HR was another story by itself where they dont even have the courtesy to reply to follow-ups or anything. Their London office is the same too when it comes to hiring staff especially ethnic minorities. Sad to see such a big firm having such a small mindset when it comes to hiring.

I took the Interview via Skype and got an official job offer within a week after the interview. The interview question was easy and there were not any negotiations. The questions were basic questions.
