CallisonRTKL interview questions

interview process consisted of two visits and phone follow up, first meeting was with HR and was more formal and corporate feeling. Second interview was with the architect team, more casual and friendly. The office is nice and takes up several floors in an office tower in downtown Seattle.

They are Watching my portfolio and request for explaining some of projects. I guess they expect what he or she can do something or coordinate with original member. That might be issue for them such as some software skills and communication.
