Caliber Collision interview questions

Very Casual, and comfortable. Manager made me feel at ease, and was very informative. Was a real pleasure to interview. Had lunch during the interview. Was told I would get a call the following week, and sure enough I did. Went in for one more interview, signed paperwork, and that was it.

Met with the Shop Foreman on multiple occasions before finally getting the okay for the job. It took two weeks or better to get the gig. I was persistent and that helped me alot.
