Caliber Collision interview questions

Very disappointing experience. I have been very interested in a career with Caliber for sometime and after seeing a job posting for my local center I submitted an application online. After not hearing anything I logged back into their website to see i was no longer under consideration. No phone call, no email follow up, no communication of any kind. After seeing yet again another posting for the same position I attempted to apply a 2nd time and now their website won't let me. I'm a Platinum level estimator, not sure why they wouldn't be interested in atleast speaking with me and now I'll never know.

went well was nervous but overall the process was well and the people were great fast an efficient . I felt comfortable with the people I would soon be working with
