Caliber Collision interview questions

They called to set phone interview, then invited me in. General interview with questions to determine team fit, knowledge and specific experience. The interview was in person with administrative manager and then referred to general manager.

After a couple phone calls speaking with a couple different people I eventually met with two people for a sit down interview. It was definitely very mellow and casual, more casual than I’m used to, it may have thrown me off a bit to be honest. But overall seems like great people and an awesome company, definitely a very casual interview.
