I applied online. I interviewed at CVS Health (Phoenix, AZ) in Apr 2016
Interview
Long drawn out process that was over lunch and then in-store. Interviewed by multiple managers and other upper level management. Interview took a couple of hours and you could tell they were trying to get you to open up.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health (Lincoln, RI) in Mar 2017
Interview
2 weeks after I applied for the position I received a call. The call was brief, they wanted to know if I was still interested, and an in person interview was set up a few days later. The first interview was with the DM and lasted about an hour. Typical interview question were asked. DM was really good, made me feel welcomed. I was told I would get a call in about a week to set up an additional interview with a store manager. I received a call within a week and an interview was set a week out (2 weeks between first and second). I interviewed with 2 store managers which also went well. We just spoke about the position and they answered questions I had about the position. At the end of that interview I was told that I would get another call for the next step in the process the following week. Overall great experience but very long process.
