Challenging questions. District manager asked questions relating to team building, inventory control, and customer service. On may questions you will get a situation and will have to elaborate on how you would manage your way out of it, how you would keep control of the situation, how you would follow up, how you would course correct, and what results you would expect and when.

Very laid back. Interviewed with DM. He started off by giving an overview of the company, their mission and values. Some of their struggles. He named so areas his store needed improvement in and asked how I could contribute. Building camaraderie in the store. They strive to give an outstanding customer experience, how can I deliver that.

Phone discussion with district manager then a follow up 3 days later. Then I had to take some tests to prove I was right for the job. I guess I did ok because they called me for a follow up interview,
