I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health (Lancaster, PA) in Aug 2015
Interview
The application process, including the "Virtual Job Tryout" was the longest part of the whole process, taking almost an hour. The phone interview was very straight forward and standard (salary expectations, prior experience, etc.) and took about 15 minutes. The in-person interview took about a half hour and consisted mostly of developing a career path and training action plan.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Name a time when you had to work with or train a person that had difficulties understanding their duties and what did you do to help them.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health (Scarsdale, NY) in Jan 2012
Interview
Quick and pleasant but in the end it was all a facade. The DM appeared to be a nice normal open individual, but after just 2 months of working for him found him to be one of the worst human beings I've ever encountered. In fact calling him a human is a stretch. He was remorseless, cowardly, creepy, rude, insulting, vindictive, stupid, and ignorant. The interview was literally my only positive experience with him.
It was very easy. Apply online, DM called to set up interview, had one interview and was offer a job. The process toke a very long time because the DM did not call back until two months later.
