CVS Health Store Manager In Training interview questions

The interview process was a bit confusing, upper management has problems with communication. They did work it out with me so that we could meet despite the confusion. My biggest complaint about the I review is that I specifically told the district manager that I am unable to work overnight shifts, and asked if this would be an issue. He told me that it shouldn't be a problem and that he would work with me to ensure that I wouldn't be asked to do that. Almost a year later and I'm being told that it's a requirement of my position, if I can't do it I need to quit or step down (they're obviously trying to get me to quit or find a reason to fire me ) and that manager is saying that he never told me that.

The first interview is over the phone and then they set up a second interview with a store manager that is in charge of interviews. Interview was held at a store's office and two managers were asking random questions. They were not using a written format.
