Completed on-line profile on company career page; completed on-line application for desired role at desired location; completed on-line assessment of role activities; waited for call from hiring store manager once corporate HR approved my assessment results (about 3 weeks lag time).
My interview was within 2 days of his receiving my application from corporate HR.

Question 1
In reviewing my resume, the manager asked questions regarding my ability to engage customers and deliver a great customer experience. I can be taught the tasks and the tools, but the ability to deliver customer satisfaction is paramount.

Well it was nice and sweet they let you know about all the perks but then when you start it's a different cup of tea. Personally things could be worst so live and learn.

Interview
Interviewing was easy, not very demanding and might be a 2-3 day process or 2 week process. I went thru an oral interview in an open setting and then sat down for a skills type of test. I was then called back for a closed setting, 2 manager meeting for further evaluation.
