Everything was virtual. Initial call with an HR screener followed by 1 hour with the hiring manager. 2nd round was with peers and a final third round with the hiring manager.
Scheduling is done by someone in HR, try to give them your windows before they set something up and then tell you the day/time, they don't really ask you when you can meet.
HR will not tell you the salary range when interviewing which can be a huge waste of time. They insisted I give them a range which I did reluctantly because they would not advance me without a range. In the end they came in at the very bottom of my range and would not disclose employee costs for insurance. I found it unprofessional on the HR side and not respectful of my time.
It took them a week from making me a verbal offer to agree to send an offer package in writing and then another week after for the emailed package. I found this a turn off, every time I spoke to someone, a different HR person called me back.
