CVS Health Operations Manager interview questions

interview held with store manager and district manager. They asked basic scenario questions to see how I can handle pressure and difficult customers. the interview lasted about an hour. also have good understanding of the charts the cvs use MyImpact, CFR, MyStoreHealth.

Interviewed with 3 store managers. They were very friendly and spoke of the ability to move up in the company and what the store environment is like. I was called a month after applying online. The told me I would hear back from someone for a second interview next week.
