CVS Health Manager interview questions

Basic Managerial questions on how you measure your skill , also what makes you tick and how you prioritize your workload what motivates you , what are the matrix you use to make your self a better leader

There was a fairly lengthy interview process. I interviewed with 4 different people but had to come back 3 separate days. When I actually got the job I quickly realized what was said in the interviews did not reflect my responsibilities. But each interview was pleasant and was more conversational than going through a list of questions.
