CVS Health Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

They place a high value on candidates with a proven track record of longevity in their roles. If you left a company after only 2.5 years, it’s unlikely you'll be considered for the position, unless there were exceptional circumstances, such as the company shutting down, leading to your unemployment.

I interviewed for this position online. It's a fully remote position. It's a relief to see a Customer Service position that isn't a scam or a horrible company. CVS is very professional.
