CVS Health Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

I walked in and asked about a job, and was told to go online and then call the manager. They were very eager to have me join and employees were very helpful in the process. After the online test I called the boss and was called in for an interview. It was relaxed, just a few questions were asked; (what would you like to do long-term, do you plan to stay here a while or is this just a Summer job to you, etc.) I was told pretty much on the spot that I got the job. Finally I was sent into Boston for 2 days of training, and started my job shortly after. Whole process took about a month or so.

Group interview, the presentation, offer letter, background drg test, it was not long at all. Seems like they were just trying to fill in the spots. Once on there was very little follow up except during training.
