CVS Health Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

Very friendly, fast & easy. Had a phone interview then a video interview. Sent an email shortly after with directions to do background check and drug test ! One of the best interviews I have ever had

The interview starts with a phone screen then if you make the cut you get an all virtual invite to participate in a video interview where you answer a select # of written and video questions. My third and final interview was a Webex video interview with the hiring managers in this group. This was a very easy and enjoyable experience which provided the opportunity for everyone to interact and show their personality. CVS Health has a great culture and has an excellent interview process.
