CVS Health Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The Interview process took a little over two weeks. I applied online for the remote CSR position and received an email a week later for a phone interview. By the end of the conversation the recruiter scheduled me a second phone interview. This second interview was over the phone with two supervisors and lasted approx 45mins. They were very dry and presented 5 different scenario questions, and asked me why I would be a good fit. Overall it was an okay interview interview experience. Mainly because it was over the phone which i am not used to and i was not able to see their facial expressions. One week after my interview I received a phone call offering me the position.

Easy Interview. Webex interview for wfh position. Just be yourself and everything will feel natural. Most questions are tell me about yourself or what you would do in certain situations. Good luck
