The interview process was pretty smooth. The manger that was there at the time already knew what he was looking for so the questions were simple and straightforward. If the manger likes the interview they will then submit you to taking and passing a drug test before pay is discussed.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health (Kissimmee, FL) in Apr 2013
Interview
I applied online which was like every online job application , and there was a personality test . A weeek later I was called in for an interview with the assistant manager and she was really nice . We chatted and laughed for the most part , it didn't even feel like an interview at all ! She then invited me back for another interview with the main store manager the following week. He was very laid back and asked me almost the same questions . Then he asked about my availability and told me about whst is expected of me on the job . After 3 days I was called for the job offer .
