CVS Health Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Initial phone interview followed by another phone interview with a panel. Interviewers lacked knowledge of the company and the position I was applying for. Answered any of my follow up questions about company culture and day to days of position by reading me the job posting. What process would occur in the event I was fired was mentioned three times during the course of the interview.
