CVS Health Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I first spoke with a "employer recruiter" although I had applied off of their home website. They went over my resume and asked me basic questions- what my experience was. After they scheduled me an interview with another person- the office I'd be working for.

Casual, two interviews, with two different people. Practical application experience. Online virtual Zoom calls. The usual, "tell me about your qualifications." Time was given at the end to ask questions.
