Unnecessary and unrelated questions. You have to take a quiz to ensure you can read insurance information to explain copays or lack of insurance coverage (audio, then answer questions). This is followed by “teamwork” questions and where you prioritize helping others in the customer service department over helping the customer.

If I am helping a customer and a teammate needs help, would I help my teammate immediately and put the customer on hold, would I tell my teammate to find someone else, would I tell my teammate to speak to a supervisor or would I call my customer back to help my teammate.

The interview was good. You have two interviewers that ask you questions. I feel my age to a deterrent for the jobs I have interviewed for. Did not get a callback.
Interview process was easy not to hard but they hire you on for the job you apply but will switch you without knowing. Got the offer on the spot the. Had to do 6 week training on-site
