I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at CVS Health (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2013
Interview
I came in to inquire about a job and was contacted within a week for an interview. Due to the location of the store and the fact that it's always busy, the wait for the interview was 30+ minutes. I was interviewed by the assistant manager, but the store manager interjected occasionally. Interview lasted no more than 30 minutes.

Interview
Easiest interview I have ever experienced. Very laid back. This was a way to find out how you will fit in with the crew. True personality comes out when you are at your comfortable state.
