CVS Health Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

Interviewer was nice, asked the standard interview questions. Name a time when you went above and beyond to assist a customer. Name a time when you delt with a difficult customer and what was the outcome.

Interviewer had expectations too high for the position, knowing I am a full time student with a double major. Which that has never gotten in the way of my performance as an employee but I will certainly not do overtime either and it should never be a requirement for hiring.
