For the remote call center position. The process moved quickly for me, three weeks from submitting an app online to receiving an offer.
1. Submit app via Workday. Only need resume, no cover letter or references.
2. Complete online assessment, ~30 min
3. Calendly email from a recruiter to schedule a telephone screening. I received it the day after I submitted my app. If you get this email, schedule the phone screening ASAP. The times slots got booked so quickly.
3. Telephone screening, 15-30 min. Quick and basic questions. At the end of the call, the recruiter let me know I would move onto the interview and we scheduled the date and time. Received confirmation email with Teams link.
- Do you have the right environment for WFH?
- No PTO allowed during 17-week training
- Starting pay is not negotiable
- Why did you leave your last 2 jobs?
4. Video Interview via Microsoft Teams, 45-60 min. It is a conversation with a manager where you answer questions about your work experience. Show your interest by asking questions too.
5. Job Offer: two weeks after the video interview, I was notified that I got a job offer over a very short phone call. Details sent via email, contract in Workday.
