Interview
Here are the steps:
1) Apply online
2) Phone interview with the Recruiting Manager
3) 1:1 interview with the HR Manager
4) Group interview with the District Manager and the Store Manager
5) Background check & Drug Test
6) You're ready to work
The Recruiter, HR, DM, and Store Managers were all friendly during the interview.

It was a very standard interview process. I was asked situational questions and more personal questions getting to know me. All in all it was a great interview, and I am thankful for the time I had with CVS.

What is one time you had an issue with an employee or manager, and how were you able to fix the issue?
The interview process was very easy through a phone scan and then 1 interview with the district leader. Overall, the process was more on the easier side and i was comfortable talking to the interviewers.

Interview
The first round is with the HR recruiter. It's a 30-minute interview about yourself and some behavioral questions. The second round is with someone from headquarters. He only asks one question about leadership, and the rest is just a normal conversation. Lastly, you will meet with the store manager.
