Interview process was fast. I applied on July 31 & had a phone screening Aug. 2nd. I was then scheduled for a zoom like interview for Aug 9th. By Aug 14th I got the job offer!

The interview process was very personable. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and gave good feedback throughout the interview. The interview was a good conversation, not a question/answer session. I appreciated the interaction.
Very formal with questions about customer care. Don’t need to have a medical background to apply. An interview with multiple managers makes the interview flow better and they ask different questions
