Virtual interview, I think it was through the company HireVue. It was really easy you were in front of a screen recording your responses, so don’t be too afraid of the interview section.

One thing they asked me was to give a scenario based on customer service, which was pretty easy if you were customer service and you are used to giving great feedback to certain situations
Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well
