the interview was simple - phone interview with a recruiter, then a digital interview (not virtual over zoom), then in person with the hiring manager, before the in person interview you will be asked to submit a sample email of essentially how you would communicate to a client

Many of the questions were communication based - communication to clients - how would you handle client dissatisfaction, or not knowing an exact answer, asking for help etc
Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well

Difficult I don’t remember because I didn’t hear back from them for months then received a denial email. I did complete the assessment and virtual job tryout. I did not get the position or a further offer
