I filled out application online. After about a week and half I hadn't heard from anyone so I went to the store I initialled applied to and asked to speak with the HR manager. He wasn't there at the time. I called the next day and spoke with him. Did interview and background check and after 2 weeks I finally got the job
I had a fast and easy interview, mostly basic questions like pervious work experience and personality questions. It's great for people with little to no previous experience and willing to work customer service.
Very simple and quick interview process. I received feedback within 2 weeks. It involves a short conversation with the store manager about customer service, availability, teamwork, and handling retail situations.
