The manager I spoke to had only been working there for 1 month. Offered me a very low amount of pay for the experience I have and said that since I don't have a college degree there was no room for an additional offer. They also force the vaccine and mislead you into believing it is 100% remote.

Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well

Interview
The interview process was very personable. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and gave good feedback throughout the interview. The interview was a good conversation, not a question/answer session. I appreciated the interaction.
Very formal with questions about customer care. Don’t need to have a medical background to apply. An interview with multiple managers makes the interview flow better and they ask different questions
